Tom Melsen, a relentlessly creative spirit and up and coming artist from the Netherlands, is receiving much recognition with his artworks. His collection of paintings consists of mainly red, black and white abstracts. His works are one of a kind, and have been called dramatic, brilliant, wonderful, bold and in your face.
